Shopping for skincare products can be difficult sometimes. Please feel free to set up a consultation with Kia to assist in the buying process or read our Skin Types Blog to find out more about your skin. Samples can be purchased to give you an idea of how the product will work for you, please see sample sizes listed in the product categories.

Shipping & ReTURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We are dedicated to getting your products to you as soon as possible. Please allow 1-5 business days for processing of orders and then another 1-3 days for shipping to give enough time for your order to be delivered to your home. Orders will only be shipped Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping is a flat rate of $10 on all orders under $75 and free for all orders over $75 for orders being delivered in the United States. Tracking will be included for all orders and can be retrieved in the Shipping Email Confirmation.
In the unfortunate event that we are out of stock of an item that you have purchased, you will be contacted immediately to discuss the available options for that item and the rest of your order. In the rare event that you have not received an order confirmation or shipping email within 8 business days from your order date, please reach out to us immediately by phone at 214-744-3455 or via email at information@mahoganystone.com.
International shipping is not available at this current time.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, returns are not permitted at Mahogany Stone. We want you to have the best experience shopping with us so exchanges may be permitted depending on the circumstance. Please contact us for more information on possible exchanges.
